solid stay near the station

eager staff breakfast variety nepalese restaurant train station

i found the staff eager to assist with any requests i had. breakfast offered a satisfying variety and it set me up well for the day. the nepalese restaurant connected to the hotel was a culinary highlight i visited more than once. having the train station within easy walking distance proved convenient for my travels.

the sound insulation wasn't optimal and i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

the staff was attentive and responsive to requests. check-in was quick and efficient and they were helpful with directions. luggage storage before check-in was available and greatly simplified my arrival. they seemed genuinely interested in making my stay positive.

fantastic experience

easy access good selection quick assistance

The location offered easy access to the city center.. a definite plus for exploring. the breakfast included a very good selection, and i really enjoyed the fruits. the staff assisted quickly with my luggage. I appreciated that.

the guest house seemed a bit abandoned upon arrival, with stacked chairs visible through the front window, a bit strange.

friendly staff good selection

The staff was friendly upon my arrival. The breakfast the following morning was lovely. It offered a very good selection of cereals, yoghurts, and fruits.

The only lock on the door was the flimsy doorknob. It lacked a deadbolt.

kind staff very nice breakfast mildew smell poor internet

The staff was kind (i really needed that). The breakfast offered a wide variety and was very nice. I liked the location as it was wonderful. The room was nice and comfortable.

The bathroom had a strong mildew smell, i noticed. I found minor maintenance requirements too, like a broken shower door handle. The internet connection was very poor, unfortunately. No towels were provided initially, which i had to request.

solid stay with a couple minor hiccups

attentive staff own keys really good service

the service i received was really good. staff members were attentive. they helped me with luggage, assisted with check-in, and promptly arranged a taxi. i felt very well taken care of. i also liked having my own keys for both the room and the front door, something rare these days.

the noise from workers adjacent to and above my room late at night and early in the morning disturbed my sleep. i think a mini fridge in the room should be nice.

the staff was great, always ready to help in any way. they assisted with luggage storage and also phoned a taxi, which came within minutes. i was always on hand to help.
