The staff was kind (i really needed that). The breakfast offered a wide variety and was very nice. I liked the location as it was wonderful. The room was nice and comfortable.

The bathroom had a strong mildew smell, i noticed. I found minor maintenance requirements too, like a broken shower door handle. The internet connection was very poor, unfortunately. No towels were provided initially, which i had to request.

solid stay with a couple minor hiccups

the service i received was really good. staff members were attentive. they helped me with luggage, assisted with check-in, and promptly arranged a taxi. i felt very well taken care of. i also liked having my own keys for both the room and the front door, something rare these days.

the noise from workers adjacent to and above my room late at night and early in the morning disturbed my sleep. i think a mini fridge in the room should be nice.

the guesthouse is part of the hotel, you collect your key from the hotel reception. breakfast is good.

the staff was friendly, always ready to help in any way. they assisted with luggage storage and also phoned a taxi, which came within minutes. i was always on hand to help.

the location is spot on, with easy access to the train station, just minutes away by foot. the town center is also a short walk away, about five minutes. it is very convenient.

breakfast was included, a fantastic value for the money. the restaurant in the hotel offered great meals, where i dined on the night of my arrival. i found it delicious.

the room was a good size, bigger than average. i found value. my room was clearly redone, new decor, and a lovely bathroom. bedding were clean and many towels were there.
